  • What if I'm running late?

We realize that life happens. Because we have trips scheduled throughout the day, though, we have to run a tight ship (pun intended).

We’ll do our best shift your trip as long as there is no one scheduled behind you. There will be, however, an additional $25 for each half hour that you’re late to make sure that we take care our captains.

  • What is required to reserve a boat?

All we require is a $150 deposit up front to reserve your boat for the day. The remainder of the payment will be taken on the day of your trip at the boat itself by one of our friendly staff.

Your deposit is 100% refundable provided you cancel or reschedule your trip 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

Currently we are not equipped to tow anything behind our boats. Check back with us soon, however, because it’s near on the horizon!

  • Where do we get on the boat?

For our Lake Austin guests you can board directly from the dock at Hula Hut. Your boat will be ready and waiting for you.

For Lake Travis guests we launch directly from 3 Amigos located at 8910 Lime Creek Rd, Volente, Tx 78641

  • Can we boat at night?

Our boats are a little bit scared of the dark, so we try to have them tucked in before nightfall.

  • What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel or update your reservation please do so 24 hours in advance by phone or email and your deposit will be returned.

  • What happens in bad weather?

I certainly wish we could control the weather. Since we can’t, we don’t expect you to either. In case of bad weather, and we can’t get you out on the water you will receive a full credit towards your next booking.

  • Do captains cost extra?

Our captains make a base rate per trip which is built into the cost of you rental. The rest of their compensation comes from tips from our wonderful passengers. If you have a good time out on the water, be generous and let them know 🙂

  • What does each boat come with?

Each boat comes with it’s very own Lilly Pad and Noodles for your floatation needs, a line-in to connect your phone to our stereo so you can enjoy your favorite tunes and our friendly staff to help you with anything you need out on the water.

  • Do I need to bring my own coolers?

Certainly not! If you don’t want to lug your own coolers around, we’ll do it for you. We can provide up to 3 of our top of the line 32qt (30-can) coolers with ice for you for $25 per cooler. For larger parties, we recommend 2-3 coolers.

  • Is glass allowed on the boat?

Glass can be dangerous out on the water, so we recommend you stick to cans and plastic for the day.
