There is no smoking or vaping allowed within the seating area on the boat. If you step out onto the back or front of the boat, however, you are more than welcome to.

  • What if I'm running late?

We realize that life happens. Because we have multiple trips scheduled throughout the day, though, we have to run a tight ship (pun intended).

We’ll do our best shift your trip as long as there is no one scheduled behind you. There will be, however, an additional $25 for each half hour that you’re late to make sure that we take care our captains.

  • What about tubing, wake-boarding or water skiing?

Currently we are not equipped to tow anything behind our boats.

Check back with us soon, however, because it’s near on the horizon!

For our Lake Travis guests, we launch directly from 3 Amigos, located at 8910 Lime Creek Rd, Volente, Tx 78641.

Our boats are a little scared of the dark, so we try to have them tucked in before nightfall.

  • What if I need to cancel?

We do give you up until 48 hours before the date of your booking to make any changes, with full refund; less than 48 hours notice will result in no refund.

  • What happens when there is bad weather?

I certainly wish we could control the weather. Since we can’t, we don’t expect you to either. In case of bad weather, and we can’t get you out on the water you will receive either a partial or full refund.

Say we’ve been on the water for the majority of your booking, at this point you would receive a partial refund. The partial refund would consist of the remaining hours you have left scheduled in your booking.

If there happens to be thunder and lightning at the time of your booking, and we are unable to safely get you out on the water, you will be refunded in full.

  • Do captains cost extra?

Captains do not cost extra, they are tipped at your discretion!

  • What does each boat come with?

Each boat comes with it’s very own lilly pad, noodles, and life jackets for your floatation needs, bluetooth radio so you can enjoy your favorite tunes, and our friendly staff to help you with anything you need out on the water.

  • Do I need to bring my own coolers?

Certainly not! If you don’t want to lug your own coolers around, we’ll do it for you. We can provide up to 2 of our top of the line 32qt (30-can) coolers, ice included: $25 per cooler.

  • Is glass allowed on the boat?

Glass can be dangerous out on the water, so we recommend you stick to cans and plastic for the day.

  • Is there any transportation to-and-from 3 Amigos?

As of right now, we do not have any available transportation to-and-from our locations.

Though it is something we are currently and actively working on to have ready for next season!

  • Where do you take us on the boat?

We can take you anywhere on the lake! Generally we take you to a party cove on Lake Travis called ‘Devil’s Cove’.

  • How far are you from Austin?

Our location is approximately 35 minutes from downtown Austin.

  • Are there restrooms on the boat?

There is not a restroom available on our boats, but we can certainly take you to a convenient store on the water that is less than 5 minutes away from the party cove.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

Customers will receive a full refund only with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full (or partial) refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price, no refund.

Lake Austin

These guys are great. They had the boat ready early and offered it to us to use for the extra time at no charge. Mike and Dustin were really helpful with loading and giving us a rundown of the boat operations. I not only highly recommend them, I will be using them anytime I want a boat on Lake Austin or Lake Travis. ...
