  Due to Covid we were unable to rent a barge to fit the number of guests that we intended to have.  Disappointed we sought other measures and came across 3... read more Amigos Boat Rental.  I must say they went above and beyond.  We rented a couple of jet skiis for added fun for our crew, my husband was not familiar with loading and unloading the skiis.  The employee at 3 amigos actually loaded and unloaded our skiis for us.  While out on the water the captain helped assist with loading of people on and off the water.  This company REALLY went above and beyond to ensure that anything that we needed was covered.  I was so very thankful, EVERYONE had a great time.  Thank you 3 Amigos for making this a memorable, seamless trip for my family.  I was honestly blown away by your service.  We will return!

Fast forward to last week when I reached back out to them to book a charter for my wife's birthday. They immediately responded with a very fair estimate and I was excited to be a return customer. Today I followed back up to make the booking official and was told that the prices would now be back to their "normal rates" and it would be $250 more than what they quoted me 5 days ago, before tax and gratuity.

I tried to make the point that if they would honor what they quoted I would book with them and they refused, stating that it was because it was a holiday weekend, as if they didn't know Memorial Day was what we had been discussing when they originally provided the quote.

It became clear to me that the extra $300 they are asking for was more important to them than continuing to receive my patronage so I immediately went elsewhere and booked and even better boat for a comparable price within 15 minutes.

Because of my first wonderful experience with 3 Amigos, I was very disappointed by the booking experience I had the second time around. It's bad business. Period.

I was concerned because the forecast showed thunderstorms on the day of our reservation. We ended up not having to cancel, but unfortunately it was soooo cold, cloudy and windy and not many other boats were out. Despite all that we still had a blast! Cory was our captain and took care of us and made it super fun. All the girls in the party were troopers and made the best of it and it was def a memorable and fun experience. The lake was gorgeous and when the sun did come through a couple times it was awesome. I will definitely book with them again and hopefully in better weather conditions!

We were able to show up, load our stuff onto the boat and have a great afternoon on Lake Travis. Our captain asked us our preferences about using our time (seeing some of the lake, going to a beach, docking, etc). we chose to go to a cove where other boaters were docked, we anchored and joined a great big party. Absolutely would book through 3 Amigos again.

The whole experience was fabulous, from the simplicity of booking online to the fun we had on the water. Can't recommend them enough!

  We took a boat out Labor Day weekend and had such a great time!! Awesome boat and awesome time out on Lake Travis, we'll do it again!!
